
WHO AM I?
My name is Katarina, and I am a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, yoga teacher and founder of Kat.Cut.Fit Coaching.
I decided to become a full-time personal trainer and a yoga teacher after doing it only part-time next to my (obviously not meant to be) architect career.
I wanted to use my skill to motivate and inspire others to move after realising that a sedentary lifestyle is too inactive for my energy levels.

I will teach you the proper form, give you options, help you develop strength, and soon you will be doing flying push-ups.😊
You can´t reach your toes?
I will help you bend properly and develop your flexibility, and in no time, you are going to be flexible as a rubber.😊

DO I DO FITNESS OR YOGA?
I do both.
Muscle strength is needed to support your skeleton. The strength is necessary to be able to move long-term and painlessly and to stay strong and healthy.
But... too much strength training can make the body stiff and immobile. This is why yoga and mobility are vital.
So that your body remains flexible. To keep your mind calm.
Health is achieved on a physical, mental and spiritual level. I want to help you get and stay healthy.
